I was broiling my bruschetta and it started smoking and smelling weird. I had my eyeballs on it and thought maybe I didnt clean the stove well enough.

Next thing I know black *** started oozing on my bruschetta and smoke was coming. While my eyeballs were on the bruschetta, the seam at the top split and a line of fire came out.

I immediately took the food out, shut the broiler off and closed it. Fire went out but I am now scared to cook.

I need someone to call me and tell me what to do. This washer is the worst headache that I ever had. 910-540-****.

Was put on hold for 33 min thAn just hung up on tryed calling back same thing. Never did get through to anyone My washer an dryer I paid 12hundred dollars for my washer dont work now an has not worked for a month but cant reach no one to Servuce it.

The items are about 3 maybe 4 months old with a 8 year warranty. Well Im gping to go live real soon my local tv station an all over the internet of what a rip off this company is by the way the machine name is roper

Ive had my Roper Dryer just a little over 3 years and the heating element has gone out 2 times already. Also, It does not dry my clothes like it should, I have to dry them a second time.

Bought a brand new washer from lowes and less than 3 months later the washer doesn't work and I've now been on hold for half an hour. This WILL be fixed.

Dryer is not 6 mths old and it stopped drying clothes yesterday, it will run but won't heat up. Registered under name Dennis Roberson.

I have not had my washer a year and it stopped working and every appliance comes with a 1 yr manufacturer warranty so I want someone to come and fix it or send me a new one

Waited for almost 15 minutes and the last 10 minutes was after getting a message saying it would be answered within one minute nobody ever did come on the phone if you think you can get around to it my phone number is 503-580-**** my name is Dom thank you

My washing machine is acting up only way it will wash is when you put small loads after it fill s up with full loads it will cut off and won't wash at all then i have to take out over half the clothes to get it to wash wanted to know if it could be fixed

I purchased a new Roper washer and dryer at Lowes in Sept 2019. The first time I used the dryer it made a terrible noise.

Dryer was defective and was replaced. now, 3 months later the washer will not drain. It took a week for a very incapable tech to come out who said it was fixed. The first time I used the washer it did the same thing.

Laundry is piling up at this point. And, it's Christmas. I made another appointment and had to wait yet again. The day of this last appointment I received a call saying that there was a computer error and they were all booked.

Guess who isn't getting service???? So now I wait on another service date. I guess the warranty will eventually run out while I wait and wait and wait and wait.

Note to Roper dealers...…….Don't sell this crap. Just send it to the dump

I received a brand new washer and dryer as part of my home purchase. I did not hook it up until about 12 months ago and I have used to wash clothes for one person so definitely not heavy use.

All it does it pour out hot water no mater what the setting is on. My appliance repair friend it is probably the board which costs almost as much as the machines original price.

I will never purchase a roper. What a joke.

I have owned several washing machines over the years but a small roper washing machine I had was great it washed everything clean as new and it did not have any modules,computers or any complicating parts to deal with that will only make everything more complicated as the maytag we returned for failure to clean properly, without having an agitator it was useless when it was time to retire the lil monster I decided to give roper a go again and that was $400 down the tubes the new unit broke down the first few weeks after purchase and after 4 months it had rusted to *** and it became unbalance,seeing that this was a mistake I trashed it for scrap metal which at this time it had very little metal and mostly plastic and rust I have seen over the years the *** we are forced to buy due to poor,cheap worthless materials but this takes the cake my friend this roper washing machine was the biggest ripoff I have experience in a very long time.
